Every programme Guided Rehab designs is specific to your treatment type, stage, and how your symptoms on any given day.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to exercise during cancer treatment?

Yes. Exercise during treatment is supported by a strong evidence base. However, clearence from your clinical/oncology team is advised. Your programme is carefully tailored to your treatment type and adjusted based on your symptoms.

Do I need permission from my oncologist?

Yes, it is advised that your clinical team/oncologist suggest it is safe for you to exercise. Guided Rehab is happy to work alongside your medical team to ensure any restrictions from your clincal team is adhered to.

What if I'm too tired for a session?

We adapt every session to how you're feeling. Some days that means lighter exercise, gentle mobility, or breathing work. There's no pressure to push through your symptoms. Training days can also be adjusted based on your treatment days.
