Treatment
Is it safe to exercise after a heart attack?
Yes. Structured exercise after a cardiac event is strongly supported by clinical evidence. It helps improve cardiovascular fitness, reduces the risk of further events, and builds confidence. All sessions are closely monitored and tailored to your specific condition.
What's the difference between NHS cardiac rehab and private sessions?
NHS cardiac rehab (Phase 3) typically runs for 8-12 weeks in a group setting. Private sessions with me offer continued one-to-one support after discharge, tailored specifically to your condition, goals, and pace. There's no time limit. We work together for as long as you need.
